Welcome to eClaims the Temporary Worker timesheet system
20/02/2024 - New way to log in to eClaims using Multi Factor
Authentication (MFA)
MFA
is a security method which is used across a range of University of Exeter (UoE) systems
and adds
an essential layer of protection which requires you provide two or more pieces
of evidence to verify your identity when you access your UoE account. For example,
you may need to enter a password and approve a notification on your phone. Even
if your password is compromised, MFA helps to stop unauthorised access to your
account. Read
the MFA quick set up guide for Android and iPhone here.
For some colleagues, this may
be the first-time using MFA and so there will be a transition period where they
will also be able to use their original log details. However, from 19 March
2024 all eClaims users will be required to use MFA.
Setting up Claimant Profiles
Please ensure you do not claim against a Faculty/ Service or Department that has 'ZZZ' in front of the titles as the timesheets maybe rejected.
Right to Work requirement
Please note the way RTW can be taken is changing back to face to face from the 1st October 2022.
If a casual worker has not provided their Right to Work prior to starting an assignment for the university, they will be
unable to submit a claim. Retrospective claims will not be permitted prior to Right to Work being received.
